puzzleoverit: wowbad, if they get rid of some type of rent control. i don’t know how people can pay rent in the NYC area
yup. the only reason i live in manhattan (chelsea, for that matter) is because my family has been here over ten years and the rent for the whole apartment is only $800 per month! the co-op will throw a shit fit if the supreme court takes this repeal of rent control...
